Signature Limited is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Winsford based The Post & Column Company.

Signature is a major supplier of traffic management products and street furniture and is part of the global Plastic Omnium Group which has a turnover of 2.5 billion Euros.

Robin Land MD of Signature UK said “The acquisition is a strategic move by Signature Limited to increase the portfolio of products offered to its Clients which are complimentary to its current comprehensive ranges of street furniture.”

The Post & Column Co manufacture lighting columns, sign posts and traffic products and have an exclusive agreement with Jerol of Sweden for the distribution of passively safe sign posts and lighting columns, which have had a major impact in reducing occupant injuries sustained in car accidents with road side objects.
