Sign Posts

At Post and Columns we offer a variety of sizes and section of sign posts, catering not only for small local signage schemes but also to major trunk road and motorway projects.

We work closely with our clients to ensure that the sign post designs and specifications are to the highest standard utilising the most appropriate sign post materials and manufacturing technique. From the smallest street nameplate sign post to the largest motorway sign post supports, The Post & Column Company can supply sign posts for your every requirement.

Our straight sign posts can be provided in circular, rectangular or square section and our in-house fabrication facilities can manufacture special sign posts and fittings such as cranked posts and cantilever structures.

Large base sign posts, which incorporate an electrical housing, are manufactured using the latest cold swage technology. They are available in a variety of specifications with shaft diameters from 76mm to 168mm and base sections of 140mm to 219mm.

All sign posts can be provided in variety of basic finishes such as: PVC and Galvanized, and our in-house paint facility can provide painted finishes in a wide range of colours to a basic or full Highways Agency approved specification.
