Sign Posts are offered in a variety of sizes and sections, catering not only for small local signage schemes but also to major trunk road and motorway projects. We work closely with our clients to ensure that designs and specifications are to the highest standard and utilise the most appropriate materials and manufacturing techniques.
Lighting Columns are provided in a variety of sizes from 5 to 15 metres and in a range of material diameters and wall thickness dependant upon the design criteria specified by our clients. All our columns are manufactured to the latest BS EN standards and all designs are checked and certified by independent engineering consultants. We are also able to offer a specific design and manufacturing service to meet individual client requirements.
Fabrication is carried out by our own in house personnel who are all trained and certified to the latest standards. All welders undergo regular periodic testing to ensure that the highest quality standards are maintained.
Protective Coatings are an important and integral part of today's signpost and column manufacturer's operations and this is why the company has invested heavily in the latest in house coatings and paint application processes. A variety of PVC and PPA plastic coatings are available and we offer a full range of paint finishes from basic sealants to full Highways Agency approved G2A specifications. All our galvanizing is undertaken by national galvanizing companies, working to the latest standards.
Passive Safety has become a major consideration in the design and specification of new road schemes. The development of so-called "crash friendly" posts and columns has been a major area of development for the company. Through our partnership with Jerol Industri of Sweden, we can offer the widest selection of approved sign posts and lighting columns all crash tested to EN12767.
